In the majority of cases, we are able to perform an evaluation on the same day a computer is dropped into us. Any delays are usually due to physical time constraints that are out of control. For example, it may take us a couple days of testing to replicate a random power issue with a desktop PC.

Our preference is always to have you come to our office in order to qualify for our free evaluation & avoid extended waiting times. However, in some cases an onsite call out is unavoidable. Note* additional fees may apply for mobile services.

We do warranty our parts & labour for a 1 year duration. If you have any issues with a re-occuring issue that can be proven to be related to our repair or parts provided, feel free to contact us regarding warranty repairs.
