  • Do You Provide Same Day Service?

    In the majority of cases, we are able to perform an evaluation on the same day a computer is dropped into us. Any delays are usually due to physical time constraints that are out of control. For example, it may take us a couple days of testing to replicate a random power issue with a desktop PC.

  • Do You Do Mobile Computer Repairs?

    Our preference is always to have you come to our office in order to qualify for our free evaluation & avoid extended waiting times. However, in some cases an onsite call out is unavoidable. Note* additional fees may apply for mobile services.

  • Do You Have A Warranty?

    We do warranty our parts & labour for a 1 year duration. If you have any issues with a re-occuring issue that can be proven to be related to our repair or parts provided, feel free to contact us regarding warranty repairs.

  • Where is your main office?

    Our Main Office is located at Shop 8, 15 Welch St, Southport

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 3pm. Hours may very for public holidays & Christmas. Please check our Google Business for more accurate hours
